Registration for Community Tables for 2005 is closed. Please write to tables@tpff.org to be included on our mailing list for next year. The Community Tables area is intended to serve as a forum for community organizations to inform people about their organizations or issues by distributing literature and answering questions. For a nominal fee, the Festival provides space for non-profit community groups to set up tables. There are two categories/fees for community tables:
Community Table space is available only to non-profit organizations, and the festival committee reserves the right to disallow the display of items considered inappropriate to the community nature of the festival. Table space will be designated on a first-come, first-served basis, so apply as early as possible. You must bring your own tables, chairs and protection from the sun and rain. The Festival will be held rain or shine, and the tables will remain outdoors in any event. In late August, applicants will receive a vehicle pass (for unloading and loading only) and additional instructions. Unfortunately, due to lack of space, there will be no on-site parking for Tables participants. Set-up will be from 8:30 to 10:30 on the morning of September 11th. • Apply for a 2005 TPFF Community Table • See a list of community tables from past festivals. If you have questions, please call Claudia Hartmann at 240-423-3372 or send an e-mail to tables@tpff.org. Thank you for your interest. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
