    Procedure:
The work and booth display of all applicants will be juried. All applicants (new and returning exhibitors) must submit four (4) images of their work; an image of the display booth is optional.
Image Option #1. Images may be submitted as 35-mm color slides in 2 x 2 mounts of the work to be exhibited. Indicate top of slide and print your name and identifying information on mount.

Image Option #2. For the first time, The Takoma Park Folk Festival Crafts Committee will accept digital images. The images must be submitted on CD (no e-emails, and no DVDs). The images should be saved as jpeg files at 72 ppi and as tiff at 300 ppi resolution. Images can be color-corrected, but not enhanced in any way. We also require a printed list of the images and their file names, which will ensure that we are viewing the correct submissions. Please note that the Crafts Committee reserves the right to request slides from any applicant who submits digital images for any reason. If you decline to submit the requested slides, your application will be voided, and TPFF will keep your $7 Jury Fee (but Booth Fee will be refunded).

Images should accurately represent your work. Only work of the type shown on the submitted images will be allowed to be sold. Please be advised that the Crafts Committee will request removal of any work that differs from that represented in submitted images.

In fairness to all, there will be an on-site jury the morning of the show.

The Crafts Committee strives to provide diversity and ensure that all crafts are proportionally represented.
