I have read the Craft Show Information pages and agree to abide by the
stated terms. I understand that only work designed, executed, and sold by
me may be offered for sale. I also give permission to use my name,
business name, image descriptions, images, and any photographs, videotape,
or images of me for the Takoma Park Folk Festival publicity purposes.
My signature below authorizes the Crafts Committee to
request the removal of any work that differs from that represented in the
submitted images. In addition, the Crafts Committee reserves the right to remove
any item that does not meet show standards.
